Yes. Unused credits roll over for as long as your plan is active. You’ll never lose credits while you’re with us.
Can we start with a pilot or trial?
Yes. Most teams start with a pilot on our quarterly Starter plan: 6 credits to try a shoot, edits and design with your dedicated team before scaling up. Unused credits roll over while your plan is active.
What is a credit?
Credits are how projects are priced on SoCreative. Each project type has a set credit cost that you can see in real time when you create a brief. No quotes, no back-and-forth.
What does one credit get me?
It depends on the project type. Two social reels cost one credit, an internal comms video is one credit and a testimonial video is 1.5 credits. You’ll see the exact credit cost before you submit any brief, so there are never surprises. See the

What types of projects can I use credits for?
Video production, photography, graphic design, motion graphics, presentation design and illustration. Everything is managed through our platform.
What is the turnaround time of a video?
Most video editing projects are delivered within 48 hours. Larger or more complex projects may take longer, and the brief shows the turnaround before you submit.
Can we pause our plan?
Yes. You can pause your plan for up to one quarter (90 days). During a pause, your credits are held and your account remains intact. Contact your project manager to arrange a pause.
What happens if we cancel our plan?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You’ll have 30 days after that to use any remaining credits, including rolled-over ones. After the 30-day wind-down, unused credits expire.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

A dedicated team of in-house designers, editors and motion designers, plus a vetted global network of videographers and photographers. You work with the same people consistently, so they learn your brand over time.
Can you film or photograph on location?
Yes. We have a vetted network of videographers and photographers in 100+ cities. You book shoots through our platform and receive edited content back through the same workflow as your design projects.
How is SoCreative different from hiring freelancers or an agency?
