How do I book a shoot?
Select “New project”, then “Book a shoot”, and choose videography or photography. Fill in the location, date and time, what you need captured and the on-site contact. The credit total updates as you go, so you see the fixed price before you submit.
What does a shoot cost?
Shoot bookings start at 2 credits for the first 4 hours. You can book the shoot on its own or with editing, and the brief shows the full credit total before you submit.
Can I shoot outside a major city?
Yes. A regional location adds 1 credit. Longer travel can add a small fee, shown in credits in your brief before you submit.
When do I get the footage?
Raw files appear in your project within 2 business days. For a video shoot booked with editing, allow 1 business day for file transfer before the editing turnaround starts. An edited photo set arrives in 3 business days.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. Open the booking in Shoot bookings to edit the brief or cancel. Canceling 48 hours or more before the shoot is free. Inside 48 hours, a 50% fee applies to the shoot portion of the booking.
Who edits the footage?
Your dedicated creative team. Creators shoot, and our in-house editors handle all post-production, so you get finished videos, not hard drives full of raw files.
