Understand how credits, plans, invoices and usage reporting work within SoCreative, including what each project costs and how unused credits roll over.
How do credits work?
Credits are the currency for everything on SoCreative. Every project, shoot and add-on has a fixed credit price, and the brief shows the exact total before you submit. Your plan grants credits each quarter, your balance is always visible in the portal header, and unused credits roll over while your plan is active.
Note: Running low? Additional credits can be added on top of your plan at any time. Ask your project manager.
Which plans are available?
Starter is $4,200 a quarter for 6 credits. Standard is $7,800 a quarter for 12 credits. Advanced is $10,800 a quarter for 18 credits. Every plan includes the dedicated team, unlimited users and storage, the Assistant and the global creator network. Pay yearly and save 10%.

Where can I find pricing information?
Credit guide in the portal is the live price book. It lists the credit cost of every service and add-on, shows standard turnarounds, and includes a "Calculator" that builds a quote estimate for the work you have in mind.
How do I view invoices or credit usage?
Go to Settings, Invoices to see each invoice with its date, amount and status, and open the invoice itself. Go to Settings, Credit usage to see credits spent per project, with the service, stage, who created it and your total credits used.
