How do credits work?
Credits are the currency for all SoCreative services. Every project and add-on has a fixed credit cost — displayed clearly on the platform. Check your balance anytime on your dashboard.
Where can I find pricing information?
All service pricing is outlined in our Credit Guide (available on the platform). It lists credit costs for each service and add-on.
How do I view invoices or credit usage?
Go to Account → Billing History. Download invoices, track transactions, or request receipts for your accounting team. You can also track your projects and credit usage in Settings → Credit Usage.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your workspace and files remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, all files are permanently deleted.
