Submit projects, track them from brief to delivery, review each version with timestamped comments and keep every file in one place.
How do I submit a new project?
Select "New project" in the portal and choose a service. The brief asks the right questions for that service and shows a live credit total as you make choices, so you know the exact cost before you submit.

- 2Choose "Video editing", "Graphic design" or "Book a shoot".
- 3Complete the brief. Add files, a reference or inspiration, your presenters and project details. The "Brand kit" field defaults to your primary kit.
- 4Check the credit total and submit.
Note: Your project manager reviews every brief and reaches out if anything is missing. Not sure how to brief it? Ask the Assistant to draft the brief with you.
How long does delivery take?
Most projects come back in 24 to 48 hours. Turnaround counts business days only and is shown in the brief before you submit. Video editing starts when your footage is in; the first version arrives in 2 business days for edits up to 1 credit, plus 1 business day for each additional 0.5 credit. Graphic design arrives in 2 business days for work up to 1 credit, 3 business days up to 3 credits and 4 business days above that.
Note: Follow-on items such as extra subtitle languages, resizes and cutdowns are delivered after the main video is approved and do not slow the first version.
How many versions and revisions do I get?
Every project includes 3 versions: the first delivery and two rounds of revisions. Each version beyond that costs 0.5 credit. A revision round typically takes about half the first-version time. Reopening a completed project costs 0.5 credit.
- •Leave your feedback as comments on the delivered version.
- •Select "Submit revision". Your creative team posts the next version.
- •Earlier versions stay visible so you can compare.
Note: Gather feedback from every stakeholder into one round. Consolidated comments give the fastest revisions and save versions. A new goal, new formats or substantially new content is a scope change, so brief it as a new project.
How does express delivery work?
Express delivery brings the first version back the next business day for 1 credit. It is available on video editing and graphic design projects of 1.5 credits or less before the express fee. Select "Express delivery" under "Extras" in the brief. On photo shoots, express delivery of the edited photo set is 2 business days for 0.5 credit.
Note: If express is grayed out, the project is above 1.5 credits. Split the work into smaller projects if you need the faster turnaround.
How do I review and approve work?
Each delivery appears on the project as a version. Video plays in the portal, and files can be previewed and downloaded. Leave comments on the version: timestamped on video, pinned to the spot on designs. When you are happy, select "Approve". Final files are then available on the project and in Storage.
- •Open the project from Projects.
- •Play or preview the latest version and add your comments.
- •Select "Submit revision" for changes, or "Approve" to finish.
Note: Need sign-off from someone without a login? Select "Share this project" to send them a link to the review page. Projects with no activity for 30 days approve automatically.
Where do my files live?
Storage is your company's media library, with unlimited storage on every plan. Upload footage and source material to Storage, then attach it in the brief, or upload directly in the brief's "Files" field. Every project gets its own folder, and delivered files land there when you approve.
- •Select "Upload assets" or drag files into a folder. Use "New folder" to organize.
- •Move, rename or delete files from the row menu. Project folders are locked so nothing goes missing.
- •Switch between "Grid" and "List", filter by type or date, and download a folder in one go.
- •Delivered files come as agreed in the brief: MP4 for video, print-ready PDF or web-ready PNG and JPG for design, and editable decks for presentations. Ask for other formats in the brief.
What does the Projects page show?
Projects lists every project with its current status: Draft, In progress, In review or Complete. Open a project to see the brief, files, versions and comments. Shoots live on their own page, Shoot bookings.
Note: You are notified when a new version is ready for review and when someone comments on your project.
