Manage and submit projects, collaborate with your team, and track progress from one place.
How do I submit a new project?
Click 'New Project' from your dashboard and complete the adaptive brief form. Pricing appears in real time — no quotes, no surprises!
- 1Click 'New Project' (top left corner of your dashboard).
- 2Select the project type — Book a Shoot, Video Editing or Graphic Design.
- 3Complete the brief and upload your files.
- 4Click 'Submit'.
Note: After submission, your Creative Project Manager (CPM) will review your project, confirm next steps, and reach out if any details are missing.
Project details & delivery
Our design team creates marketing and internal materials using Adobe, Figma, Canva, or PowerPoint — everything from social graphics to presentations and campaign assets. Each project includes three versions — one initial and two revisions. Additional revisions cost 0.5 credits each. Most standard projects are delivered within 48-72 hours for the first version. Revisions are from 24 hours. Select Express Delivery for a 24-hour turnaround with two express revisions.
Note: For multi-stakeholder projects, gather internal feedback first to save time and credits.
Files & content
Upload directly to your project brief or via the Storage tab. Use the Brand Kit to upload logos, colors, and fonts — any update will automatically apply to future projects.

Project dashboard
Visit your Project Dashboard to view in-progress, completed, or draft projects. Each project card displays its current status.
Review & collaboration
Once your project is complete, review it directly within the platform. Go to 'Projects' and open the project in your dashboard, then click 'Status' and select 'In Review'. You can leave timestamped comments, tag teammates, and chat with your CPM directly in-platform.
Note: Combine feedback from all reviewers before submitting to avoid duplication and for faster turnaround.
Storage & notifications
Unlimited storage with an active subscription. Cancelling your subscription will permanently delete all stored files and data after your billing period ends. You'll receive alerts for project updates, feedback, credit balance, shoot reminders, and billing events. Manage preferences in Account Settings → Notifications.
